We are very passionate about our work and put 100% time and effort into every single order... We use the highest quality chocolates, sweets and printing materials to produce a truly professional look and will not dispatch anything we are not happy with ourselves and will always be happy to answer any questions you might have.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1..................place your order and complete the checkout process answering any questions fully as possible
STEP 2.............The information you provide us with will be used to create a selection of personalised designs for you to choose from. You are very welcome to send us your own images / photos etc and we will incorporate them into your proofs.
STEP 3......... Your proof designs will b emailed to you within 7-14 days of purchase. Once you have chosen your design and authorised any amendments etc your order will be wrapped, boxed and dispatched within approx 28 days as demand is extremely high but we endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier for larger orders. Orders are prioritised in date order and EVERY order is guaranteed delivery in time
URGENT ORDERS
If your order is required urgently we can usually accommodate...please select the express service at the checkout if your order is required in less than 10working days. There is a £10 fee for this service which covers additional staffing and premium postage costs. For orders required in less than 4 days please contact us first.

Come & see Chocomoo at our Cupcakes to die for stand on Low Pavement opposite McDonalds every Saturday 9am -4pm and in Worksop Town Centre every Friday. Check our Facebook page for our whereabouts on other days!! You can also find us in Sheffield on Fargate on the fourth Thursday every month. You will be able to buy our delicious cupcakes and exquisite cake pops, see some of our cakes and sweets on display and chat to Cheryl about all things cake!

GROUPON CUSTOMERS
If you have bought a groupon voucher for a Valentines goodie bag please email order@chocomoo.co.uk and we will send you a booking form. You are able to collect your order from us in Harthill, Sheffield at a pre-agreed time or we will deliver on Monday 13th Feb or Tues 14th Feb - please don't hesitate to contact us with any queries!
